SMT Analytics: Software with expert know-how

Singapore, January 30, 2024 – The new SMT Analytics software from ASMPT evaluates the SMT process in detail by identifying and locating problematic aspects that often go unnoticed and can lead to shortfalls in efficiency and performance. The innovative software helps employees to detect the causes of trouble, highlights potential losses, and points out potential improvements.  
 
Every line is unique in today’s SMT production. The many different configurations and far-reaching technical interrelationships and dependencies within the production lines make them highly complex systems. By pinpointing the information down to the specific placement area, employees can take targeted measures against throughput shortfalls. With its material analysis, SMT Analytics enables employees to gain a better understanding of component quality as well as operating and supply processes. And with its total reject rate, it displays peaks that have occurred over time.
